Owners were very friendly and he even helped us look for a lost key in the snow. plenty of snowmobile trailer parking in back lot. Owners live on-site.

Only critiques I have are the knob being broken on the AC unit which was still usable, just not adjustable. And the heater is a mercury switch so it’s either off or boiling
