Amamos nossa estadia nesse hotel. Quarto confortável e moderno. Adoramos todas as refeições oferecidas. Piscinas quentinhas. A única coisa que me incomodou foi que no dia 30/09/23 acordei com um barulho altíssimo de um evento de 4×4 que começou as 07:00 até às 09:00 da manhã na rua em frente ao hotel. Parece que o som estava dentro do meu quarto.

A área externa do hotel é muito linda, um bosque bem cuidado. Todo o hotel é muito limpo e organizado. As refeições são fartas e bem variadas, apenas não encantou no quesito sabor. O ponto baixo foi a seleção musical, 90% de sertanejo, com músicas de conotação sexual, num ambiente que se diz familiar. O nosso objetivo era descansar e relaxar e neste ponto, a música alta em quase todos os ambientes prejudicou nossa estadia.

Um hotel antigo, onde vários quartos encontram-se em reformas, ai teve barulho logo as 08:00 hrs da manhã. Nada grave. Tinha que alugar roupões, ... , padrão e preço acho que não era necessário cobrar por isto. Tinha uma excelente WIFI em todos os lugare, e o parque aquático em anexo foi legal. Tinha uma piscina de uns 26 metros ... nadei bastante.

A estada foi ótima e fomos muito bem atendidos de forma geral! O único ponto que nos causou estranheza foi que ao encerrar a conta, como um dos cartões de acesso ao quarto havia sido extraviado (provavelmente ficou caído dentro do próprio quarto pois não havia sido utilizado) a atendente informou que o mesmo deveria ser cobrado.. considerando a categoria e os valores da diária do hotel, pareceu uma atitude muito deselegante cobrar pelo cartão, mas provavelmente deve ser uma orientação que vem da administração e não da atendente… ao final, qdo fui efetuar o pagamento,como meu irmão já havia demonstrado seu desagrado, o outro atendente não quis efetuar a cobrança.. No mais nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, lugar lindo e comida muito boa!
