Das Achtentalresort ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Komfort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das gebuchte Zimmer sollte eine Klimaanlage haben, dies war nicht der Fall, obwohl bei expedia angegeben ist dass alle Zimmer eine Klimaanlage haben. Wir reklamierten das Zimmer und bekammen ein neues Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Das Hauskeeping war leider nachlässig, wir mussten jeden Tag Dinge reklamieren, da Handtücher, Gläser vergessen wurden oder die Badewanne nicht sauber gemacht worden war. Man entschuldigte sich dafür und gab Personalmangel und Krankenstand als Grund an. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr gut, besonders den weißen Hirschen und das Sternerestaurant essenz möchte ich positiv hervorheben.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Service, einem hervorragenden Fitnessraum, Schwimmhalle und Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Abendessen hat einen hohen Standard. Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel besuchen.
