The room had a water bottle along side of bed from previous guest and there was food on the wall in the kitchenette . The game room was extremely hot. Check-in was easy- staff was pleasant and helpful with anything that was needed. Breakfast smelled good but we didn’t stick around to eat. TVs were very small and had extra Pillows but no pillow cases

The room is clean with a kitchenette that was a plus! The beds and pillows were comfy and i actually had a good night sleep. The AC was not that cold. The bathroom didn't have a working exhaust which made it smell musty. The breakfast was a 6/10 not much selection, no pastries and i even saw molds on the bread. The pancake station was a hit with my kids. The breakfast attendant was really good with cleaning and refilling the food. They could have done better if they fix the issues i mentioned.

I was a late arrival coming from Delaware for a softball tournament, but the staff made me and my family feel welcomed the entire trip there and stay. I’m also a night auditor and y’all’s night auditor gave me quite a good laugh. Thanks for the good stay. I would suggest more breakfast options.

The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids.
