Hotel muito gostoso, só precisa definir sua vocação melhor !! Se pretende estar na referência da alta hotelaria, como Four Seasons , ou se estão focando em ser um hotel de rede como Hyatt e Hilton ! Para esse último estão no caminho, mas pretendem se pretendem seguir um Four Seasons , precisam rever alguns conceitos , como acolhimento , amenites e principalmente não fechar seu único espaço de praia ( Beach Club ) para evento privado , sem previamente comunicar ou ter opções para os demais hóspedes !! Nos momentos de dúvidas um gerente deve procurar o hóspede e se prontificar a resolver o problema e não como foi me dito : “ se quiseres podes procurar nosso manager” Ou seja … Muito Bom ( acomodações / espaço esterno / refeições ) mas podia - basta querer - Ser sensacional !!
