Casas de campo en Grande Rivière Noire

“- far from everywhere - shuttle is unreliable - slow service - for the location and amenities, it too expensive and breakfast not included in flight - limited facilities - won’t recommend to anyone”

“The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“As there aren’t many hotel options in the area, and most others are quite expensive, this place is a great find. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it offers beautiful sunset views, and if you’re staying in Room 3, you'll have a great view of Le Morne. It’s within walking distance of a grocery store and Kind Coffee shop, which my Le Morne guide said was the best coffee he had in Mauritius. “The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. The room was very good regarding the price and also breakfast was a bit simple but good. The walking distance to the ”downtown” is 10 minutes. I would definately stay here again.”

“Top”

“Great spot! Very clean”

“Very nice, spacious, and clean property. Delicious breakfast and great service!”

“The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "They are here on holiday to have a good time, perhaps you should ask to move your room" was his...
