Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and everything supplied for our stay. Only little thing I would say was not great was the hot tub. The jets barely worked but the water was a nice temperature and we enjoy our soak regardless.

Threatened to tow my vehicle when I was checking out in 2 hours - The worst attitude EVER - Plus a cellular tower is being built within 100' of the hotel... I have stayed faithfully at this hotel for years and was about to stay for a week mid December - after the threats from the front desk - I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again

Worst experience

Terrible experience, showed up at the hotel after driving 8 hrs. It was -20 out. Found out that the hotel only takes credit card for deposit….. no other options! They would not work out a solution, would have preferred that I slept in my vehicle in the cold and snow storm. I was able to book another hotel…….get this! No problem taking cash deposits and not problem giving my deposit back in the morning. Also discounted my room after knowing what I went through. Took 2 hrs to find this hotel after the harsh rejection at this one. They will never have my business or families business when we’re up in grand prairie for work trips. I did get refunded only partially
