“We had a lovely stay for a girl's night away. We enjoyed Hoggs Falls and The Frying Pan for dinner. Cute local shops, as well as a market and book sale. The property was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and available at the front desk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My only suggestion is to get deadbolt locks for inside the room doors, as well as bar locks for the sliding doors just to increase the safety feeling for guests when sleeping. Thanks for a great stay!”

Not only does this farm boast a butcher shop, full of their own pasture raised pork,lamb and chicken, they also offer a really unique dining experience. The patriarch of the family built an authentic Blackhouse on the property and they host dinners inside from April to October. You can buy a seat for various themed dinners, or, if you can gather together at least 9 or 10 friends, you can book a private 5 course dinner for just $55/pp. the food is all fresh, from scratch and delicious, the hosts are charming and welcoming. A truly magical experience just an hour north of Toronto
