When I checked in to the hotel, I was greeted and taken care of by a great staff member. He also helped me book an airport shuttle for free to the airport the next morning. Even if the cost is a little high for this, I recommend this if you stay in Grand Rapids for one night and fly out of the airport the next morning.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was great. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is less than 5 years old and you can tell because everything looks brand new. The room was a bit small with a king size bed an sofa bed but, we made it work. I wish the bathroom had a fan, otherwise our stay was great. Very clean, quiet and convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The employees were super helpful and the rooms were up to date and clean. My only problem was at breakfast. When you are trying to make you food other people just continue to stand in line using toaters and pancake makers. That you literally get a cold breakfast because your waiting on others in line.

Nice large bathroom with wonderful water pressure in the shower. Lots of places to hang towels and put things as well. But the toilet paper is not in a convenient spot. Also, I wanted a suite in case there was time to lounge but the tiny uncomfortable couch faced the bedand not the tv. Very tight layout. Loud fan. Door was very beaten up as well. .

People are Unique from Front Desk - Trevor, Sonia, Bino, Naomi & the chef from kitchen, they are awesome and friendly. Rob is okay but he made a mistake but he admitted, lesson learned for him. Definitely next time we will visit our Son, we will booked on this facility. Also, the driver is friendly and doing his job as much as possible. Till next time.
