The front desk was truly kind and helpful with check-in. The room itself was a let down. In comparison to the photos, the room was much smaller. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was outside, which i wasnt aware. The breakfast was a full spread and good!

The hotel is nice and in a good, convenient location. Although it rained the day we were there, the outside pool and area looked very nice. Amble parking, and the check in was quick and friendly. The room that we had, 143, a King suite with separate bedroom, was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting area. However, both of the phones were broke, there was only one small trash can in the living area, and the bathroom was not clean. The paint on the door of the bathroom was pealing and there was some brown substance (hoping it wasn't fecal matter) on the inside of the door. The "dinner" that they served that night was very basic at best and the breakfast was not good at all. They did have plenty of coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks available. All in all, our stay was ok and we would probably give it another try.

Room was missing a battery in the smoke detector and it was beeping. I had to go to the front desk to get a battery for it. We also had to do some cleaning ourselves. The room is otherwise nice and the staff is nice and helpful.

Staff was very nice and attentive. TV would not work in room, they moved us quickly. Large dog was accepted with no issues. It was a lovely room. Wish it had been summer so we could enjoy pool and hot tub. Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel!

I booked a room for a week because the photos online looked really nice. I have never travelled alone or stayed in a hotel alone so I wanted somewhere I would feel comfortable. This place was so nice and had everything I needed. The whole entire trip I kept thinking I am so glad I chose to stay here. I felt safe and I didn’t have any complaints at all. Everyone in my class complained about how hard their beds were and mine was so soft and comfy. Would def stay here again! If you are debating it, go ahead and book it!

The gardens and landscaping around this property were absolutely beautiful! So much attention to detail! The staff was very kind and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. There were so many options, including some very healthy protein selections. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay so very enjoyable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Courtyard was a nice space as was the common areas. Room could have been cleaner but was spacious. Great for families with children or large groups. Living room furniture in unit needs to be updated or at least cleaned. Downfall would be the outdoor pool in inclement weather.
