Parking was easy, but a small lot. The room was quite nice, very spacious for the price. When we had an issue the lady at the front desk was wonderful and helped us out right away. But a different lady the following morning wasn't great. She didn't seem to want to help us with anything and was on a personal phone call the whole time. The breakfast was bad. And the elevator... I honestly thought it was going to crash down while we were in it. Worst elevator I've ever been in
