Room was clean. Beds were comfy and linens were soft , not that starchy feeling like most. It appears that it was remodeled recently on floor 2. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with many options. I would definitely stay here again!

Great little place, nice breakfast, staff was super nice. I had a little trouble with the wifi and didn't pursue it because I had to leave. Not a huge deal but try to connect as soon as you get there if you expect to use the wifi.

GVSU Parents here, love the upgrades to this Sleep Inn, new carpet and the property has been freshly painted. Emily was our Check In rep and she was very fast, friendly and efficient. We stay here for all of the GVSU football games!

It was a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. It was in a very nice looking neighborhood and near amenities. They brought fresh towels and took the trash out every day, which some hotels don't. It's a good value and I would recommend this hotel.

Mostly clean rooms, daughter's room had only one of the two beds made and trash not emptied. Shower drain was plugged. Breakfast very poor, management expected the front desk person to also handle breakfast so food ran out, tables dirty and trash overflowing. It wad GVSU student move in week, totally unprepared.

A very affordable place to stay for our Grand Haven visit on a busy holiday weekend. The hotel is very clean, parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel does smell like a pool when you walk in, like any that has a pool on premises. Our room had very nice beds, nice linens on the bed, no smell of bleach in the fabrics and no cigarette smoke smell anywhere. Very happy with our stay. Great water pressure for the shower, plenty of hot water.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Shower was great. It’s newer looking from the outside but aged on the inside, very basic and average for the price paid. Some minor things were broken, breakfast wasn’t bad, just ok. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked ok. Elevator was sketchy and the alarm in it sounded multiple times during our using it. We didn’t get full maid service and I had to bring it up- still wasn’t done. Finally completed when I asked a third day consecutively.
