The only reason I’m leaving four stars is they advertise “soundproof” rooms. It was so loud in the hallway and we could hear the people next to us clear as a bell. Otherwise staff was pleasant and the room was clean. **BE CAREFUL IN THE SPACE CAPSUL SHOWERS**. They are slick as snot. Both my girlfriend and I slipped and almost ate sh#t! The breakfast is nothing to write home about but it did the trick. All in all if the rates are low it’s a decent place.

It was a mediocre stay. I walked in after working all day to check in to find 3 women fighting with the check in desk about a kids birthday party allegedly being held in the pool room. The rooms were lackluster and not very comfortable. Staff was pleasant, but could tell that they are stressed out.

Over all the hotel was great, however I stayed one night and when I went to shower before I left for my flight there was no hot water in the shower. When addressed in the morning I couldn’t even go to another room to shower.

I will neverrr in my life will i ever stay at this hotel ever again in my life. I was displaced from my home due to my neighbor starting a fire and the manager thought it was cool to crack a rude joke “just don’t burn our hotel down” umm excuse me? Then at breakfast, i noticed other people had their dogs, no one said a word to them. I assumed oh, it must be a thing and it was okay. While we were in the lobby with my dog… the manager said something to us. I moved him but I thought it was funny that it was okay for others and not for us. Also, here is where I will never stay at the nastiest Hilton that Hilton ever owned. I wonder if Hilton know they owned these nasty things. Their bathroom door was stuck. When I tried opening it, their cheap paint that they used chipped and they kept my deposit over it. Knowing I was in a crappy situation and need all the money I could get… the pocket my deposit!! And from the sounds of it, they like to pocket everybody elses deposit too! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY CHEAP HOTEL NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE!!!
