This hotel is in a perfect location for us as we wanted something in between GR and GVSU. The outdoor pool and seating area outdoors is nice. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with our needs also. The rooms were clean and well stocked, The only complaint I have is the beds are pretty hard and the pillows are very flat, no fluff to them anymore. Besides that it would be a 5 star!

The hotel could use some updating. While the main aspects of the room was clean, there were some areas in the kitchen and on the floor that need attention. The hotel served its purpose for what we needed and that was good. Breakfast was good during our stay as well. The staff was very kind and helpful when we needed them.
