We travelled to Grand Rapids for a concert. We chose Quality Inn based on the price and proximity to Acrisure as this was a last minute road trip. The bed, blanket and pillows were exceptional. The room was clean. The pool was inviting. One minor downfall was the traffic on the expressway, but it wasn’t a concern for us. Be mindful if you book here ask for a room on the east side of the hotel. Happy travels!

Room was ok. The lamps were rusty and the doors were banged up. Comforter had stains and the smell upon arrival was not good. I brought cleaning supplies and took care of that. The windows on the building needed to be cleaned and the pool area. Not impressed but the price explained that. The breakfast was good. The staff not very friendly

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was your typical basic bagels, waffle maker, etc. Disappointed in the room we had as there were clear spilt liquid on the wall, and the rug looked at though it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few stays. But the beds were clean, and the bathroom was clean.

Room was nice and clean except for the strong smell of marijuana that was overpowering when you entered the room. The pool water was filthy so I decided not to go in. The hot tub only had one working jet. The breakfast bar was ok. The waffle iron only worked one of the days. Wanted eggs and waited for them to be replenished but eventually gave up. Very convenient location near the highway.

Front desk staff members were very friendly and accommodating for things such as extra room coffee packets and late in the day housekeeping. Property is close to casino, outlet mall, and Grand Rapids. Updates were apparent, but lacking. No elevator. Stairs only to second floor. Sink and grooming area is outside of bathroom. Some bathroom hardware was old and outdated. Shower floor very slippery. Okay choice for a hotel if you are a tourist and just want a place to shower and sleep.
