Hotel was full of kids & sports teams in town this weekend. We had to take an alternate room due to maintenance issues, but it worked for our party of 4. (King and a sofa bed, instead of 2 queens.) Jill at the desk was obviously swamped, but a great attitude and super helpful. Thank you! The room was clean and seemed pretty new. Kids had fun in the pool. And breakfast had a real good selection of everything.

Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend.

The breakfast was good with good variety. The staff was helpful and polite. Unfortunately the pool hot tub were under maintenance so they were not usable. At arrival they informed us of that and offered free cancelation for that reason.

All staff we encountered were kind, room was clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. The only negative thing was that we booked that hotel specifically because they had a hot tub, but it was not working when we were there and there was no indication of this on the website or when we checked in.
