But we booked a king suite and didn’t find out until after check in there were none available… didn’t mention at check in but until after we got in the room. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to serve, the parking lot was very accommodating, well maintained, and well lit. The breakfast menu was great the first morning but to our disappointment was not the same menu on Easter Sunday. We enjoyed our stay, visited the zoo, went to the movies, which was within walking distance. The location was perfect as it was close to so many adventures. If we choose to visit the area again we will definitely stay here again!!*****

Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored. Finally went and knocked on the door and no one answered the door so the dog kept barking. The breakfast served fried eggs. No place should ever serve mass fried eggs!!!!!!! Not appetizing at all. Would not stay at this Hampton again.
