Who ever was running the front desk the night of 01/10/26..very very rude unprofessional.if you have a visitor they will not let them enter hotel with or without you present at door.

Room was definitely neglected, we stayed 5 days 4 nights and they never come to change the bedding or give extra towels. There was garbage scattered throughout the hotel because they never come to get that either. Not the worst but I wouldn't stay here again.

We found that our garbage cans in the room were not empty and between the armoire and the tv stand/dresser there were discarded items on the floor. I stay with this chain often and this was a first.
