Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Parking garage is right around the corner so it's great if you are going to Van Andel Arena. Everything was super clean and great!!

The room was perfect for a simple one night stay after a concert. The room was clean and check in/out was easy. The location was great and walkable to several bars and restaurants as well as to the concert venue. Parking was a little expensive- $46 to park at the Monroe parking ramp from 4pm to 10:30 am the next day.

The hotel staff were great, the room was clean, up to date. The shower in the bathroom was amazing. Only downside is i booked a room with a double bed and it was quite small but that was on me. Just odd they charge more for a queen or king
