Cozy, quiet, modern, clean. Our room was the perfect size and layout. We stayed New Years Eve and were surprised by how quiet the building was… for all the traffic and loud, excited party guests in the lobby and street. The walls must be very well insulated. The staff was always professional, helpful & kind. I’d love to have a reason to stay here again.

The room was beautiful, the staff were spectacular, the room was freezing cold and the thermostat was locked out, and their only solution was to move our room at midnight because there was no maintenance person available. We chose to stay put, and have them bring extra blankets which they did right away, and we slept comfortably then in the cold room, and they comped our valet because of the inconvenience. Again, GREAT staff!
