Property was beautiful, clean & well maintained. There were so many little extras that wee weren’t expecting, like toys for the kids to play with I. Very clean & well furnished room!! Lots of nice lighting. The stand alone lighted make up mirror was a wonderful surprise. I'm short (4' 11.5") and near sighted. So usually difficult trying to bend over the bathroom counter to get close enough to the mirror to do my makeup. I was very happy to see the makeup mirror. We were in Grand Rapids to visit the Judy Garland Museum (which is next door) and the Forest History Center, which is a few miles away, so location was perfect for us. Lobby, elevator, hallways & room all very clean!! The only staff we encountered was check-in & check-out; both friendly & efficient. Great place to stay!
