The property isn’t the worst, it decently clean but they don’t come clean your room until you leave. There was no willing to make accommodations when the bed was uncomfortable. Spoke with the manager and they weren’t willing to compromise with me to fix the issue. Luckily the wonderful lady in the front came to my room and figured out the problem and made it DECENT enough for the rest of my stay.

They don't offer kitchen kits despite offering kitchen amenities. Its not egregious but its personal preference considering most people who are traveling don't take pots and pans with them. The room was clean and comfortable but the floor was a little scratched up and the wall was too. And the air was incredibly dry in the room and it made the experience not as great. However overall Id recommend this hotel. Very high quality for the price <3

Nightmare

I had requested an accessible room. There was nothing accessible about the room. My card key would not work and i had to keep asking someone to open the door to let me in. I did not feel safe. No breakfast. Elevator was sketchy. I will never stay here again. Ever!
