Beautiful new facility. We went to the casino, and had a drink in the bar, and were told we could only pay in cash or with our players card which we didn't have. Very odd. Also was told at the front desk that I couldn't get a copy of my end bill although the other people we were there with did. I just think staff needs some training and/or supervision.
