Although there were a few current upgrades( keyless entry) the overall hotel looks worn out. Staff that did check in and checkout seemed very uninterested. Just doing a job. Our room could have used a thorough vacuuming. A place to sleep was all it was.

The service was friendly, check in and out was very simple and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I will make this my hotel for every stay I have in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Ours was a short stay, checked in at 11 pm, left at 9 am, but it served its purpose. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast options were pretty good. Overall for us and 2 older kids, it was a good night's sleep!

I wouldn’t recommend it. It is run down, outdated, and poorly cleaned. The whole building is smelly. It’s loud, you can hear the conversation, tv, showering, etc. going on in the next room, and everything from the hallway. They were willing to put me in another room for my second night because of the noise, but while it didn’t smell as bad and was a bit cleaner than the first, there were old stains on the bedding, dirty walls, and not much quieter. It really wasn’t a comfortable stay for me.

The staff was kind & courteous & very helpful as I’m partially handicapped. My rolling suitcase had a hard time getting over the entrance mat & threshold. There wasn’t always someone handy to help me.
