This hotel was very clean with a helpful staff, it was quiet and in a good location, close to UND, especially the football stadium (Alerus Center). The breakfast was good with excellent hours of operation. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last year and both times the rooms were quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The first time we got stuck because of a blizzard and the staff was so accommodating. Would stay here again and again!

We enjoyed the relative easy access off 42th Ave. The King bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotless & clean. The pool was heated to those extra degrees that virtually no other hotels do. The hot tub was just the right temperature easy to step into. Had to request towels but was no big deal. Morning breakfast was everything a traveler could expect. Check out was easy. Nightly price was the lowest of all similar hotel sites. We will definitely be back.

The room was cleaned and the bathroom was well stocked with towels. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast for hot was two different kinds of eggs, ham, biscuits & gravy, diced potatoes, and a pancake machine. We would stay here again.

The front desk clerk Eesh is great! I hadn't been back in 35 years, and he was helpful on any questions that I asked. Very well mannered young man! And the breakfast was great, and you didn't have to leave to get it. Everything is also fairly close when you stay there.

The hotel was nice the breakfast good everything clean only problem we had was our toilet seat in our bathroom was broken and it was too late in the day for anyone to come fix it and we were not willing to change rooms

The breakfast was good, lots to choose from. The room was ok, but really lacked lighting in the bathroom for makeup and hair! The only Other mirror in the room was so streaked and smeared we couldn’t use it. We attended a concert at the Alerus center, which the location was excellent!
