I like having the pool available for lounging. It's a bit cold, but you can dip til you shiver and get back out into the heat again. During four previous stays in a row, the pool man would clean the pool BEFORE checkout so you couldn't swim before hitting the road again. This year was the first year he didn't do that: yay!

At first arrival the building looked a bit dated. They style was not what we expected. After checking in and going to the room, all concerns vanished. The room was spotless, well appointed and well located. The provided breakfast was fine, had good variety and the staff was very attentive with their assistance and service.

There was a large group of us staying here. 4 rooms in total. And we stayed in a ground floor 2 queen bed room. It was neat and tidy when we arrived. We were missing towels in our room and they delivered them quickly. The continental breakfast was good, maybe lacking a bit of variety but it was great way to start our day. The pool was very close and very clean. It wasn’t an over powering chlorine smell that some hotel pools have. There’s a school behind the property which was very very convenient for our kids in the large groups of us and the one dog. Easily the best hotel in Grand Forks, we’ll be back next summer!

Very well kept motel compared to others we have stayed before. Very clean romm and bathroom, no unpleasant smells. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. I think this is the only place in Grand Forks that has a continental breakfast. Its a pretty standard breakfast, but everything is fresh, fruits, yogurts. Really good coffee. Also nice friendly staff. We are very pleased with our stay.
