Excellent service, nice surprise with the ps4 in the room, and the water park is super cool. There are some little things that could be better maintained, such as the gym and the showers, but nothing that spoils a trip to have fun with the kids! Very much recommend the trip!

I will rate our one night stay as excellent. Parking was huge then from the foyer, lobby, hallways and room were very clean. The receptionist was nice, professional and the check in was smooth and fast. The splashers/pool was the highlight of our stay, Well maintained, lifeguards are everywhere, towels are well stocked, clean pool even it was packed with guests. I was not impressed with complimentary buffet breakfast and the food served, the resto was clean but dark to dim and boring but the staff were friendly and keep on cleaning and filling the food trays. Again the overall stay was excellent and will definitely book again.
