The hotel is brand new. Just one week since opened. Very clean, nice, big rooms. Lots of parking lots. The room includes free breakfast and free parking. Loved the place!

New hotel, very clean, comfortable and fresh! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was our room had many little fruit fly looking insects (my wife thought they were no-see-ums). Anyways, beside that, it was perfect.

It is brand new so the facility is beautiful! Friendly staff and wonderful stay. They are new so maybe it is on their list for future but, if not, my only recommendation would be a few more options for the continental breakfast that cater to those with allergies/intolerances, ie: gluten free, dairy free options, etc. We are gluten free and were able to find a few things to get us to lunch though, so thankful for that! We also didn’t look at the restaurant options, so their restaurant on site may have been able to offer more! Overall, 100% recommend!

Brand new hotel, only open 3 weeks when we checked in. So, clean and new! Staff were all friendly, especially the young woman checking us in late at night when there was a bit of a sudden line up from late arrivals. She kept her composure and was efficient. I was traveling with another couple with a dog and there were no problems. It’s a dog friendly hotel. I think there might be a weight limit - not sure how strictly it’s enforced! I would recommend. Currently cheaper than comparable options in the area, which may change when they’re open longer I suppose.

What a beautiful hotel with welcoming and efficient staff. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning to this hotel in future visits to Grand Falls. The hotel is easy to find and close to the town centre. The restaurant in the hotel is great; the rooms, hallways, and lobby are clean; the beds are super comfy; and the staff is very friendly. We learned that pets are welcome, so next time, we will be bringing our furriest family member with us :)

Brand new hotel and everything was great (except for the construction project next door that woke us up early.) The breakfast was in an attached restaurant and offered a nice variety of buffet options. The cloth napkins and real silverware were a nice change from most hotel breakfasts.

I was asked for a security deposit of 150$ which is a lot and it was not refunded the next day as I was told There was also an advertisement in the lobby about a rebate for American soldiers...why not a rebate for Canadian soldiers first? Will not stay again
