I was traveling to the Grand Canyon and I wanted an outdoor camping experience, but I flew in from out-of-state and I didn’t have any camping gear. The bed was very comfortable. The food truck burger was excellent. And the open sky was awesome.

Pros: Glamping experience, comfy bed, sustainable, eco friendly, rustic and outdoor view. Sky at night is majestic. Not too cold at night. Showers, sinks, toilets and eating area around the natural environment with minimal noises except nature's. Con: small showers, very hot during the day, mosquitoes, ants, path to get there is totally off-road, the food truck sometimes is closed, not enough toiletries, tents are for two people at most. Overall pretty good facility for glamping.

Read the fine print so you won’t be surprised by the slow, 2 mile drive down a bumpy, unpacked road to access the camp site. I slept well in the tent and enjoyed the quiet and the dark skies. The bathrooms are a bit primitive and smelly, but they are functional.

The photos and descriptions are deceiving. These are old yurts/tents. Ours didn’t zip all the way down. Yes, I know it’s camping but I would have expected it to close all the way. Lateen they provided might have lasted 15 minutes. It’s very dark where it’s located. They do not have many lights so do not show up in the dark. It’s a 2 mile gravel road. Rough road. The bed was comfortable though.

Price is so great for these wonderful tents. I wish I got the hosts name who greeted us. She was excellent. She was checking people in and cleaning up to make sure the facilities were nice. The night sky is a knockout of a view. Totally worth it!

Property is just as described. Nestled in the desert off a dirt rocky road. Bathrooms had RV style toilets and pull handle shower. The longer you pull, the hotter the water. The yurt tents were set up nicely and they were clean and comfortable. There was also a food truck onsite that was delish. I would stay again!

This place is a gem! I was nervous about camping in Arizona but it was so worth it. The staff were so helpful with all of my questions and check in was smooth. The sunset view was beautiful from the picnic tables. We stayed in a king bed tent. The tent and bedding were clean, as well as the bathroom facilities. We were worried it would get very cold at night so we got the heater but ended up not needing it. We traveled at the end of May so the weather was mid 70s during the day and 40s at night. There is a store/gas station about 6 miles so you can stock up for the night. If you are thinking about booking, just do it!!!

Loved this stay! For as many people as they had it was quiet and we had shower and restroom opportunities with some food options in town; sadly ladies were a little strange about no campfires… so don’t expect a romantic campfire in the desert as the ‘wind’ will be too much even if it’s not windy…

Such a lovely and cool place to stay! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and despite being chilly outside, we were cozy. Night sky is amazing, host was helpful, had everything you need and nothing you don’t. Would highly recommend and stay again :)
