PRAYAD

This is the first hotel I’ve seen where the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Service wasn’t as great, but can be improved. Breakfast was fine, and the lights in the room could be improved since one of them doesn’t work. Beds are very comfortable however. There was a liquid leaking in the fridge which I’ve never seen before

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Abhi at the front desk for making check-in smooth and for the great local recommendations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Great overnight stay. Beds and lines were clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was smaller in size but still very functional and clean. The shampoo and soap products were good and smelled very good. The breakfast offered quite an assortment. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but it was still nice to cool off!

The pool needed cleaning. The front desk you had to ring the bell and wait. We were greated with a smile when the person was friendly. It was odd that every time we went to the front desk we had to ring the bell. Not a great breakfast to offer so we head out early to get breakfast on the road.
