We always stay here when passing through and have not had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Location is also convenient if you’re on a road trip.

Was not greeted at all. You would’ve thought I worked here because I had to initiate everything every step of the transaction and I already booked it. They are very unforgiving and strict. I’m a truck driver ran out of federal hours wanted to stay at my usual Hampton and they refused to switch the hotel bc of some “rule” we’re all human and make mistakes. They offered no refund and couldn’t not accommodate else where. Thank you to the staff here at east

he staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I especially loved the blackout shades — they made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, so the water was pretty cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Rooms are spacious, bathroom also, beds are comfortable, excellent free breakfast, good parking, quiet location with a couple of restaurants, gas station that are in walking distance. Theres small store inside if you wanted some microwaveable food, chips, beer and wine. I always go here when in Flagstaff.

Hotel itself was as expected. Very nice and we would stay again. Conveniently located to the I-40 which gets you to the Grand Canyon and Williams. Restaurants and shopping close by. The staff was very helpful but kudos to the breakfast staff. The food itself was nothing to rave about but the people tending the breakfast were very very good.

Have stayed at this Hampton a few times. The staff has always been pleasant, breakfast that they offer is very good with a lot of verity. It is easy access to the interstate & there a several restaurants walking & driving .
