Where to start? Only parking in front is for handicapped. I don't generally have a problem with that although the outside doors didn't work properly and this was never fixed during my stay! I'm all about safety!! At least, 1 front desk person did apologize. Upon checking in for breakfast, was asked for the paper with my room #, name on it and I was never given that so I couldn't put the buffet under my room..all in all, staff really needs more hotel/customer service training. would never stay here again!!
