We only stayed here one night on the way back from a long road trip. We weren’t expecting a lot but we’re very satisfied with our time. The front desk staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had a microwave in them which was the only rooms during our trip that did. It came in handy for some leftovers we had. The building itself seems a little older. you could hear easily when people walked by in the hallway. I would stay here again if passing thru in the future

First day lady at check in was nice and friendly paid extra for early check in and late check out. Front desk at check out was not friendly and acted like an inconvenience to do her job at rekeying and kept saying don’t put by cell phone didn’t even have my phone on me and keys didn’t work as loading the car twice and she rolled her eyes multiple times and then the 2nd time at 12 when we paid to check out at 1 said “ do you need something you’re free to go” also said we didn’t have late check out which we did the manager in the morning approved and charged us for. Never ever staying here again. Horrible staff except breakfast staff was so friendly. Also lots of homeless in the area and are very loud. Also we’re in a pet room and there was pee on the floor my 1 year old almost crawled in and had to use a towel to clean.

We stayed here in 6 th and 7 th April. When we checked in ladies at the reception were very helpful but told us there is no room service till 8th so whatever u need pls call us. We didn't say anything about it. Next day morning when we went for breakfast pancake machine was not working. There were no regular tea sachets. We asked them if they can refill they said sorry we don't have any. We thought as it's snowed they didn't get chance to do it.7th we waited at the reception to ask that lady something. At that time she was on call she didn't refer look at us or acknowledge that she will be with us in few min. We waited waited and left. Next day on 8th morning there was another receptionist again we asked again for tea sachets they said we don't have any. I went to the reception and ask that lady who was working on 8th morning at the reception that there are no tea sachets and even yesterday there were no sachets. So this rude lady said we don't have any and do u want me to go to store now to get it for you? This is how you talk to your customers? She was extremely rude. Her behaviour was as if like we r staying free there and asking for everything. I will not at all recommend this place to anyone. Pool was very small. Jacuzzi was small too. In pic it looks like very nice and big. But not actually. Towels at the pool were like hand towels not even bath towels. Overall it's not worth the price. Think before u book this place.
