Parking is small if you check in at night it’s a kiosk there’s construction going on and the parking lot is small! Other than that the staff was amazing super friendly and very helpful!!!! They even have your name written down in a board with different cartoons drawn welcoming their guest with their names written on it!!!! Breakfast can be better

The hotel itself is super clean, and hight-tech. I checked in late so there is the kiosk where you can experience the virtual checkin with someone (alive) on the screen- fun. Breakfast is included (not much selection, but always could walk to the neighbor gas station for some snacks. Super pet friendly, saw several furry buddies in the morning.

I had a great stay, place was clean and accommodating, however, the hotel has blown up my phone since I left. I finally got the chance to answer it (driving back to Alaska, in and out of cell service) and it was just a satisfaction call. Kind of annoying.

Check in was a breeze, ( reservation made and paid through Expedia). Desk attendant very friendly and informative about the property, Letting us know what was available, making us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was very basic, but very clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable, pillows and bedding very nice. Even though very basic room, it had a refrigerator and microwave. Also, enjoyed the complimentary bath products, nice. The breakfast was very good and a great value, not what you would expect from a complimentary breakfast. Offering many cold options, cereal, muffins, milk and juices. Also, hot buffet style dishes, eggs, sausage, French toast etc. Coffee good and available 24/7. Overall great location, close to Lowell Observatory ( our destination). Enjoyable stay for a night in Flagstaff.

We were a bit disappointed with this hotel/motel. It wasn't bad..I guess it just didn't match our expectations for BW properties. Staff was helpful & nice, room was just OK. I didn't realize that this property was about 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Next time we'll choose something in town and pay a little more. Breakfast was good standard eggs, sausage, etc.

Everything was honestly fine. Clean hotel, clean area. But I stayed there 3 days ago and have gotten a phone call from them every day and finally answered today and they wanted me to give them a review.. then when I said I didn’t want to leave any suggestions or tell them how they could do better they sent me a text message asking me to leave them a review IMMEDIATELY after the call. And I get emails also. This is borderline harassment at this point. Also, rather than having a real person at check in it was a virtual assistant. I mean, nothing wrong with that I guess. But all of this is just weird imo. Friendly enough, but way too pushy about these reviews. Y’all need to chill.

Hotel is very comfortable and staff is great. However, breakfast was not good. The eggs and meat tasted horrible. Basically, then, just a continental breakfast of things that you could actually eat. There were five of us traveling together and none of us were willing to eat there another morning and we were there for three mornings. So if you’re going here to avoid having to pay for breakfast out you might want to stay elsewhere. If you don’t care about breakfast, then this is a great place to stay.

The room and bed were comfortable. The desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m. It should have started at 6 a.m. I was surprised that it started so late. There were no vending machines. I could only fill up my water bottle from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. which was not convenient. There is easy freeway and gas station access.

The location wasn’t bad, it was right off the freeway, and 15 min from Flagstaff. The room didn’t appear dirty until we pulled the cushions off the coach; we found dirt and dog hair and the sheets looked dirty. When I booked the room it stated a walk in shower, but it was a bath tube. The bathroom door was broken and would not close.
