We live locally but needed to stay away from home 1 night. Our room was upgraded to a lake view with 2 queen beds vs 1 king. However, due to the Rodeo on the Beach event, we were glad to be on the opposite side from the crowd noise. Our room was clean, the a/c worked great, hot water was readily available. The shower was great, pressure just right & hot water was as hot as I wanted. We both slept great. Clock in the room had an alarm set at 6am, which we didn't set, so check that! TV had a nice hi-def picture. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
