Took forever to check in

This was not a fun or great experience! I booked this room for me and my wife 1 year wedding anniversary and all the things I was promised and told that would happen did not happen. Then when I made them aware what didn’t happen I was promised again it would after we returned from dinner and it still was not. I wanted to surprise my wife and we both were highly disappointed!!

This hotel felt like a mini resort. So clean! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. My only minor complaint is the front desk staff did not want to get me extra plastic cups and when I checked out the printer was not working so I could not review my folio.

The hotel is nice and well maintained but they do have a significant amount of hidden fees which is fairly off-putting.

Exceptional Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming! I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I checked in, the staff were extra pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth visit. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s always a relief to check into a hotel that takes such great care of its spaces. I truly appreciated the top-notch hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
