The location and walkability were definitely the highlights of this stay. Easy to get around and the breakfast was great. That said, the room itself was just okay. For a hotel listed as 4 stars, it didn’t meet expectations compared to others I’ve stayed at in the same category. There were no standard amenities like water, robes, slippers or any small comfort touches that usually make a space feel more welcoming. It wasn’t a bad experience but it also wasn’t a true 4-star stay & was basic.

This was a great location walking distance to many restaurants, markets, cathedral, etc. the hotel was very clean and shower warm and nice. The staff weren’t very helpful with recommendations or information, but friendly. Breakfast was good and nice place to sit and start the day.

Perfect

The stay was perfect from start to finish. Thd staff were exemplary and the ambience of the hotel was perfect. Room and bed were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. A big shout out to Claudia, as she responded quickly to our emails and, as we were there for our 42nd wedding anniversary, was surprised when a complimentary bottle of Cava arrived at our room. A fantastic, truly appreciated gift.

Enjoyable stay at the Vincci

Vincci A. hotel is located in a great spot in the central district. Walking distance to all attractions and plenty of good food around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was worth the price. The staff was very helpful with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. I would definitely stay at the Vincci again.

Superb hotel, easy to walk to the centre with an y shops and bars, very clean and friendly staff. Parking under hotel with no issues. Loved our stay here, just found the menu choose very limited but food we did have could not fault, breakfast though had much too chose all of excellent standard

We are an Australian couple, in their 60’s, on 12 month retirement holiday. The Vincci Albayzin is a delightful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms aren’t large but are comfortable. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a lovely bar and lots of inviting sitting areas. A step back in time feeling which is comforting. Lovely staff.

A comfortable room near the old town

This is a lovely hotel! I stayed in a queen room, and was very pleased with it. The mattresses could stand to be rotated, but everything was luxuriously soft and clean. The bathroom was also very nice. The parking is right under the hotel (with elevator access), which is very convenient, but you need to check in before you can access it. The location is also very nice - quite close to the old town, and a short drive to the Alhambra. The street is quiet and charming. Overall, a lovely stay in lovely Granda!

Well located hotel close to central Granada with convenient parking. Breakfast was good but not up to other places we stayed at in Spain. Service was generally ok but disappointing response on room service which was not available in evening until 8p. This information not on room service menu so after many unanswered phone calls to kitchen we had to find out from front desk.
