Room is clean and location is walkable from train station. The only thing is, this hotel is using their roofbar as front picture but as hotel guest we will have to pay to even come inside it.

This hotel is great! The staff is friendly and helpful and was able to check us in early, which was a plus. The room was big and clean and comfortable for 4 people. It was also pretty close to the city center at just a ~17 min walk. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip, this one was one of my favorites!

Lovely hotel, close to Granada train station and the city center. I was lucky to get a 13-floor room with amazing views of the city and the Alhambra. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and exceptional breakfast. I would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended hotel!👌

Clean room, ended up on the same floor as gym and pool, but did not use. Facilities did look great at quick glance. Breakfast is solid. Caters to an international audience so expect more of an English-style breakfast with some Spanish options thrown in. Timing is everything for breakfast. 8am or later is the sweet spot to avoid crowds. Easy 15 minute walk to Granada's city center, and less than 3 minutes to two city parks. Alhambra and Sacromonte are each about a 25-30 minute walk away. Overall, excellent stay and would look at this hotel again for future visits.

Good location, clean, but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as advertised. Rooms are very simple, depending on the layout it can be a little crowded and feels a bit too small. Original room we had the racks for bags and clothes were right next to the bed making it super tight and awkward to use. Luckily moved to a slightly better layout where the racks were by the entrance. Sadly pool was indoor and too warm to stay indoors. The rooftop bar is great, but no sun tanning is allowed. Only a restaurant set up. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and did not offer anything extraordinary to justify the price. Rooms have no coffee makers. If you expect luxury amenities definitely not the hotel for you. But overall as stated clean, simple, easy to get to from train station.

Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Es lag zur Straße, eine Hauptverkehrsstraße, dadurch wurde es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Es lag zwar im 12-ten Stock, trotzdem war der Verkehrslärm mehr als hörbar. Das Bad war sehr klein und in der Dusche waren die Armaturen teilweise defekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und die die Reinigungskräfte waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Personal im Service, Frühstück und im Restaurant waren teilweise sehr unfreundlich und machten den Eindruck, dass man als Gast stört.
