A lovely welcome at this historic building in the heart of Granada, perfect for exploring the old centre of the city. We stayed at the weekend and the noise of a busy Saturday night disturbed our sleep a little, but it was much calmer and quieter on Sunday. Breakfast was fresh and the parking was conveniently nearby and very secure.

The Gar Anat is a wonderful hotel. Staff are personable and considerate - the front desk manager even came looking for me in the carpark as he thought I might be in trouble. (The carpark is very tight and tricky to maneuver.) The location is perfect as you are right by the cathedral and the bus to the Alhambra. The afternoon coffee/tea is a nice touch. And the rooms are kept clean and comfortable.

The staff was outstanding especially Juliet. Patient, friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better with easy walking access to an unlimited number of bars restaurants and the Alhambra. Our favorite cocktail bar was just steps away. The only minor issue was that our room was a bit warm and we are unable to put on A/C in the winter
