The hotel was beautiful and the staff were helpful. Dinner on the patio was delightful; the view spectacular. The tub for the shower was slippery so it might be helpful to have a non- slip mat on the floor of the tub.

Felt privileged to stay in this historic location in the middle of the Alhambra. Our room in the former cloisters was lovely and featured many nice amenities. It is a treat to explore the grounds of the former convent including areas reserved for the Parador guests only. Everything was high class, from the attentive helpful check-in staff to the luxe room finishes. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the terrace with gorgeous views of the Generalife gardens.

Lovely hotel, beautifully located and extremely calm, quiet and relaxing. Obviously perfectly situated for visiting the Alhambra. Easy to walk down the hill into town, and you can walk back or take a taxi. (They're easy to find and inexpensive.) In late March, the hotel cafe wasn't busy and felt strangely empty in the evenings, but this adds to the peacefulness. This isn't a 5 star hotel but the historical building and its location makes it unique.

Great location and accommodating staff. Very helpful in whatever I needed. I did however find the shower in the room very frustrating. Three separate levers needed perfect adjustment to get water from the correct apparatus at the right temperature. I was also a bit disappointed as the the dining options. Eating after 8:30 pm was not an option for us so we had only the breakfast area with a limited menu.

We enjoyed our nights at the Parador Alhambra. The room was very nice and updated. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. If we ever return to Granada we would definitely stay at the Parador again.
