The hotel is perfectly located in the Albaicin very near the Alhambra which means it is somewhat challenging to get to, but worth it. While it is as old as the wonderful winding streets that surround it, the bed was comfortable, bath well appointed, breakfast substantial and the staff helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location and walking distance to the Alhambra. Our room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The staff really go out of their way to be helpful and provide directions and recommendations. The morning breakfast was awesome with lots of choices of hot and cold food. We loved our experience here and would definitely recommend if you want a pleasant stay in an authentic Spanish property.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with transportation to and from airports and bus stations. The area where the hotel is has all of the sites that you want to see in Granada, and they are all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean. Lovely hotel overall. The location is perfect for sightseeing, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the building’s design and colours are genuinely stunning. That said, a few things need attention. The bathrooms could use some renovation — the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom windows facing the hallway really need better soundproofing. We booked a family room, but the children’s bed didn’t feel safe enough to use as-is, so we ended up placing the mattresses on the floor. Not ideal for a family room. Minor issues, but fixing them would make a real difference. We’d consider coming back once those are addressed.

A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money.
