Good location. Nice staff. Quiet. The only slight drawback is that the air conditioner faces the head of the bed. On weekends, breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 AM.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. However, the grout and caulking in the washroom in our room is in desperate need of renewal. Staff at the breakfast buffet were very pleasant and friendly. Loads of food choices at the buffet and plenty of restaurants nearby, go off the main street to find an abundance of restaurants with fantastic tapas m.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location! The check-in process was quick and efficient, and although the room was on the smaller side, it was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything you need for a great visit. The only drawback was finding the parking garage, as it was somewhat difficult to locate upon arrival. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had our bags shipped to the Correos across the street, and it could not have been easier to get to the hotel, pick up our bags, and enjoy Granada. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the welcome mint water and sour candies in the lobby.

Hotel very clean/tidy and in a good location. Room was on the small side but very comfortable and the shower was fantastic! Unfortunately I messaged the hotel before arrival on 2 occasions but got no response. The parking is very difficult to find and access and as I got no instruction entered the wrong parking and got stuck. When I did get out and find the hotel parking it was full so I had to drive around and find some public parking. The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had parking. Staff did not follow up to check we were ok
