Nice hotel but a shame the bar is closed during many hours and there is no way to get a drink. And also that the swimming pool was closed when it should have been open.

I picked this hotel because it has parking below the hotel for about 14 Euro. A great location with buses literally stop by the hotel door which is very convenient to go to city center and return to a quite hotel room.

Main restaurant 2 others offering Spanish and Italian. Very good food and plenty of it. Help yourself wine/beer in main and Spanish restaurant. Choice of 3 pools plus 1 inside. Room was excellent although we were on top , ninth floor with only 2 lifts. We had an excellent 3 nights here.

Clean, modern hotel with everything you need. Good choice for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Taxi to Alhambra 5-6 Euros. Busstop close by only 1,60 Euro into town.

Good place to stay

Great location with cheap taxi fare to city centre and Alhambra. Rooms in good condition throughout. Only criticisms: bar lacks atmosphere and closes early which is not great considering that there is little around the hotel as an alternative No coffee in room However this is looking for minor issues. Great price, good place to staff and superb staff throughout

Pool steps were in a poor state of repair. I had to go to reception for a pool towel there were none left at the pool. On one day there was a 10 km Grenada run, transportation was badly disrupted, there was no information in reception advising us of the disruption. No information about opening times of the restaurant, incidentally it is 20.00pm

Generally, the hotel was great, its just a little dated, there are landline links right next to the bed but if you want to use the plug next to the bed you have to unplug the lamp, the chairs although not all to important are not the most comfortable, the mattress was pretty good, its memory foam so you get loads of support, and great if your used to it, if not it can take some getting used to, breakfast was good plenty of options, and gets refreshed, pool area is clean with plenty of seating, its quite a busy hotel, for the week i was there, it held about 3 - 6 events so sometimes the loby is buisy but its a large hotel so nothing it cant handle

O hotel é bom, a localização é boa para quem quer visitar la alhambra, mas o ar condicionado nao funciona sempre, todo dia de manhã era um calor infernal no quarto. Chamamos mais de uma vez a equipe tecnica, mas nao adiantou.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht zuvorkommend, hat uns keine näheren Informationen zum Aufenthalt gegeben. Es gab eine Veranstaltung, die alle öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels umfasst hat und bis Mitternacht ging. Es war dementsprechend laut beim Abendessen im Restaurant und wir konnten den Pool nicht nutzen. Das Essen im Restaurant hat nicht geschmeckt war aber vergleichsweise günstig. Zum Zimmer: das Waschbecken war trotz Reparatur verstopft und die Steckdosen und Nachtlichter neben dem Bett haben nicht funktioniert.

Pool not open from start of April

Pool closed. Description claimed pool open from April. For me this is from 1st April. Pool was due to open 14th April. The weather was good and one reason i booked this hotel was for the pool.

Está a las afueras, no queda caminando nada pero pasa junto enfrente un camión, es fácil solicitar Uber o llevar carro. Está ideal si quieren ir a sierra nevada. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, el personal muy atento, cuando necesitábamos algo nos ayudaban. No pagamos el desayuno porque cuesta igual el adulto que el niño y realmente no se iba a aprovechar.

Sans aucun charme et complètement suranné

Le prix demandé est honteux pour une telle prestation. L’hôtel est moderne et sans aucun charme, face à une sortie d’autoroute, et les chambres n’ont pas changé de look depuis les années 90. C’est une vraie honte pour cette gamme de prix, et clairement pas aligné avec les standards d’un 4 étoiles.
