Excellent location, very nice staff, very clean, and included everything I needed. I had a very nice time here and will suggest it to.others too. My only issue was the breakfast. I think they can work a bit more on it, especially as it's located in a city with so many orange trees. It was quite disappointing to see there was no fresh juice unlike everywhere else in the city, and fruit options were limited and not interesting. Sometimes there was a bit of noise from upstairs walking. But in general this was a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it. I had a very nice stay there.

The staff are all very helpful. For those of us Americans who do not speak Spanish, the staff is bilingual. Kathie, the front desk manager who signed us in, is an ex-pat and was helpful in directing us to various sites and activities. The location is good. It is on a side street just off the main street through Granada. Made it easy to find restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. My only complaint is that the chairs at the dining tables are padded and designed more as lounge chairs than dining chairs. Otherwise, a great stay. Would highly recommend it.
