Right in the center on city. Can walk to shopping & restaurants. Good city tour operators close bye. Seemed safe and was quiet. Staff very courtesy and professional. Difficult to drive to and parking outside would be impossible. Hotel parking in basement limited and expensive.

The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. We were 3 couples in 3 rooms and 1 senior couple and accessibility was provided

It took two attempts driving around to find the hotel but directions the hotel provided were spot on once you realize that some odd turns and narrow streets mist be navigated. Hotel is centrally located and walkable to many sights. Staff was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quaint hotel. Beautiful inse patio with fountain as a lobby. Hallways look to patio. Place is tucked in but within minutes walk to main Avenues, plazas, bars an restaurant. Within 5 minutes to Cathetral.

Glass window in the bathroom

Everything was good except I didn't like the glass window in the bathroom as I wasn't sure people could or could not see the shadow of what we were doing inside the bathroom.

The staff was amazing and helped save our day by getting us a cab for the Alhambra. We did not realize that Google Maps had us driving through a restricted area. The desk staff let us know and arranged a taxi to the Alhambra.

Great hotel for short stay in Granada

My son & I enjoyed 2 nights at the Palacio De Los Gamboa. It was well located in the center of the city, although expect a bit of a trek if you are walking to The Alhambra, it was perfectly doable and you can get a bus there if needs be. The hotel interior is lovely, with comfortable bedrooms, a great shower and a good breakfast buffet. Getting there by car is a bit tricky, but we managed it using Google maps, the last street you go down is very narrow, so I wouldn't have liked to be in a larger car than the small hire car we had. All in all a good option for a short break in Granada.

Very nice hotel with Andalousie style, white marble floors everywhere. Very central to old town and the catedral. However, ask for a room at the back of the hôtel if you want to sleep, very noisy street with outdoor bars next to the hôtel and all night drinking and screeming, with a motor bikes parking right in front of the hôtel! Too bad because the rooms at the front of the hôtel are very large and nice!

Pleasant Stay in Granada

This hotel was a great stay for our trip to Granada. The staff were so wonderful and quick with any requests or help. The online check in process was so smooth and we were able to walk in and get our room immediately. This was perfect as we arrived later in the evening and just wanted to get comfortable. The hotel is a beautiful property and very nicely designed. The room was comfy and spacious but a little dated. We had a few issues with the AC which we were able to fix and the door to the bathroom would close by itself often making the bathroom very hot. The location was near a lot of great areas for shopping and eating, 15 min drive or less to the Albaicin quarters, 12 min drive to the Alhambra and close to buses that will also take you up. Overall, would stay again!
