Unhappy

It's the 1st time I'm unhappy of a hotel: Not clean, terrible bathroom, a lot of noise every night, unstable Wi-Fi, not a real kitchen like they said. Overall very bad experience.

Extremely noisy and extremely small bathroom showe

Stuff was good but the shower and toilet were both extremely small and hard to use. At night the noise from the road is unbearable due to the old crooked window leaving big gap.

L'hôtel avait mal noté mes jours de réservation. Malgré mon email de confirmation j'ai dû attendre un bon moment pour l'attribution d'une chambre. Et j'ai eu la plus mauvaise à côté de la salle de bain commune, en mauvais état sans ventilation efficace, où tout le monde prenait sa douche jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. La plomberie de mauvaise qualité était très bruyante. Dans ma chambre peu de lumière du jour compte tenu des verres non transparants des fenêtres donnant sur une courette intérieure délabrée. Il y avait un lavabo mais sans eau chaude. Pas de place suffisante pour les jambes devant le wc. De l'humidité dans le mur jouxtant la salle de bain voisine. Pas de possibilité d'internet compte tenu d'un risque de piratage détecté pas mon anti-virus. Quartier très bruyant le soir surtout le week-end avec quantité de discothèques. Pas de possibilité de garer sa voiture sur une journée complète à proximité. L'hôtel se vante d'être proche de l'Alhambra mais il faut traverser tout le centre en 50 minutes à pied !!! Tout cela ne vaut pas le prix que j'ai payé.

El alojamiento bien situado pero las instalaciones no se corresponden con lo que ofrecen . En nuestro caso una habitación de matrimonio deluxe con baño privado minúsculo y pequeña . paredes mal insonorizadas y la primera noche dormimos fatal porque los baños compartidos daban justo en el tabique de la habitación . Toda la noche oyendo cañerías , duchas. Las escaleras muy empinadas y antiguas. Para el precio que pagamos existen mejores opciones en Granada .

Muy mala experiencia, baños sucios, habitaciones muy básicas, el ruido tanto de la calle como de las habitaciones te hacen imposible descansar. No hay aire, el calor es insoportable, lo único .., es que las sábanas estaban limpias . No lo recomendaría a nadie

La temperatura de la habitación era buena para ser invierno. Lo malo es el aislamiento acustico, se escuchaba mucho el ruido de un bar que hay en frente y de la habitación de al lado. En la cocina hay poquísimos platos y tazas y no había cucharas para el café ni cuchillos.

Experiencia no recomendable

La experiencia es mala, estuvo lloviendo en Granada el fin de semana y se inundaron las instalaciones, a unos huéspedes se les inundo la habitación y se les estropearon los enchufes y en recepción no supieron resolver sus problemas con la habitación

Cama super comoda

He tenido una habitación bastante grande, con ventana hacia el exterior. La cama estaba super cómoda. Lo que faltaba era un lugar a lado del lavabo donde poner la toalla. Y cuando se abre el agua se siente mucho ruido. Por el resto genial por este precio.
