Equipe prestativa, atendimento bom. Café da manhã bom, honesto. Os aptos contam com fogão, geladeira e micro-ondas. Reservamos 2 aptos, e houve uma diferença muito grande entre eles: um estava em ótimo estado, novo. O outro apto precisa de reforma e troca de mobília: armários não funcionais, com gavetas e portas soltas, além de persiana que não fecha, faltando uma parte.

O hotel é bacaninha, o café é bem servido e sortido e o atendimento é bom. No entanto, o quarto que fiquei deixa a desejar. Muita coisa velha, limpeza não estava das melhores, luminária do espelho do banheiro enferrujada e não funcionando. A porta do banheiro também estava lascada embaixo, num ar de desleixo. O ar estava funcionando bem e a cama era boa.

Fomos hospedados em um anexo do hotel que fica 1 quadra quase das instalações, um ambiente mais velho e mal feito, o quarto não ficava escuro para dormir, chuveiro ruim. Garagens apertadas, enfim foi uma hospedagem estranha. Não gostamos. Ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava bom e bem servido. Não voltaria lá.

Quarto amplo , limpo com aquecimento automático abaixo de 13° e ar condicionado, café da manhã farto com bastante variedade de frutas, pães e bolos equipe simpática e prestativa. De negativo uma porta sempre aberta no fundo do corredor que fica batendo a noite fazendo muito barulho nos últimos quartos , o isolamento acustico dos quartos é muito ruim e o valor cobrado pela água e bebidas dos hospedes. Aconselho a comprar em mercados próximos.

Atendimento excelente dos funcionários que atendem café, super atenciosos e educadíssimos!! Acomodações quarto excelente !! Único ponto negativo , aquecimento interno liga numa temperatura abaixo de 13graus, tudo certo , pois fez na noite 4 graus , porém o aquecimento não se mantém, e o barulho de água como se fosse uma cachoeira a noite toda , mesmo sem estar ligado!
