Breakfast was a lot better last year and the year before, they have less hot food, no potatoes,, bread somedays seamed hard like it was made 4 days ago They do have an omlet maker but only ham cheese and tomato too put in. The rooms are really nice with a living room and 2 tvs in room. Pool is heated with an indoor that leads to outside. There is valet parking at $R50 a day

Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour

Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

Hotel muito bom! A piscina e as saunas são maravilhosas! Café da manhã bom, porém embora tenha muita variedade, falta um pouco de qualidade. A lareira do quarto é só de enfeite, pois ela não aquece. Sendo assim, o quarto ficou um pouco frio e perdeu o charme. Local afastado do centro, porém calmo e muito bonito, sendo assim tem que ter carro. O estacionamento é pago a parte e não é muito barato.

O Hotel é grande e tem um número muito grande de hóspedes nos fins de semana e no periodo de férias. Eu já me hospedei varias vezes. É o meu preferido na região. Ê um hotel excelente para casais ou familias que gostam de curtir piscinas térmicas e já conhecem Gramado.
