Decepção!!!!

Foi minha pior estadia em hotel. Nunca passei tanto frio. Ar só pra gelar, aquecedor ligado no mínimo, não aquecia nada, e de coberta para se cobrir ao dormir, somente uma mantinha fina. Ligamos durante a noite 3x para a recepção nos trazer cobertas, ninguém atendeu. Se forem para lá levem cobertores. O que eu acho um absurdo. Lareira na sala do hotel, só ENFEITE! PÉSSIMO!!!

Hospedagem com bom custo benefício

Opções de comida eram boas, a cama era confortavel, acesso a internet bom, local tem uma localização escura para voltar do centro sozinho, não recomendo se você procura uma localização facil de ir e voltar a pé. Os atendentes muito solicitos e educados.

Meu deus, nunca mais, quarto gelado pouca coberta, chuveiro morno para frio, secador de cabelo estragado, a cama nossa, barulhenta dura, interruptor do banheiro com defeito! A entrada é bonita o saguão é show mas o quarto é um lixo tem mofo nas paredes e no teto!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O quarto era pequeno mas bem funcional, e bem limpo tbém. A cama era confortável, banheiro limpo e o chuveiro muito bom, bem quente. O café da manhã estava excelente, todos os dias, com muita variedade. O atendimento dos funcionários, tanto na recepção quanto nas demais partes do hotel, foi incrível. Sempre muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos.

Depende do quarto que te colocam. Existem alguns quartos do hotel que ainda não tem Ar condicionado quente, dependendo de calefação central, que é muito fraca. Esses mesmos quartos, necessitam urgente de reforma, pintura, estao bem abaixo do padrão de hoteis de gramado. Trocaram a gente de quarto por um ok. Ja fomos 37 vezes para gramado, e o hotel não fica nem na media basica.

Estadia excelente

Hotel excelente! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, quarto amplo e arrumado, café da manhã farto e delicioso, funcionários super solícitos. Os recepcionistas são muito gentis, simpáticos e prestam ótimo atendimento; a moça que realiza a organização dos quartos é um amor de pessoa; e não tenho nem palavras para elogiar o pessoal da cozinha! O hotel fica pouco longe do centrinho, mas a vizinhança é ótima, tranquila e muito bonita. Me senti muito acolhida, quando voltar à Gramado com certeza me hospedarei neste hotel novamente!!

Problema com aquecedor na noite que estava com sensação térmica de -6. O ar condicionado só tem temperatura fria, muito complicado com temperatura baixa. Me mudaram de quarto onde o ar tinha função quente e frio.

No quarto a cama e chuveiro são bons, roupas de cama limpas e café da manhã gostoso, porém falta atenção aos deltalhes. Paredes deveriam ser limpas(assim como os carpetes) e pintadas, a lareira deveria estar acesa num dia de temperatura de 9 graus para oferecer aconchego aos hóspedes que chegam no hotel, os atendentes poderiam ser mais pró-ativos.
