Atendimento bom, quarto e banheiro limpos. Cama e travesseiros um pouco desconfortável. Chuveiro e café da manhã incríveis. Tem estacionamento, porém precisa pagar por diária, deixamos no estacionamento da rua e foi tranquilo.

Adorei o local, café da manhã. Só uma crítica construtiva é que poderia ter uma TV smart, pois em Gramado faz mt frio, ainda mais quando chove e não dá p sair, poderíamos ao menos assistir uma Netflix. Mas de resto, tudo ótimo. Atendimento espetacular.

Hotel só tem 01 elevador, para atender os hóspedes e camareiras, hotel com 5 andares, um caos para transitar, principalmente na hora do café da manhã. Não tem aquecedor, somente ar condicionado quente/frio, que não funciona direito. Barulhos de outros quartos, se escuta tudo. Estacionamento pago R$30 + 10%, absurdo. No saguão do hotel fica pessoas de abordando para comprar pacote de resort (surreal). Fui no inverno de 2025, e o Pessoal deixa as janelas do corredor tudo aberto, fazendo com que fique frio até vc chegar no quarto, onde sua janela também está aberta após limpeza da camareira. Horrível, não recomendo!

Quarto simples mas confortável, nosso ar condicionado não funcionou no quente, o piso do quarto é bem gelado, não reclamamos pois o ar seria um conforto a mais, mas não fez tanta falta pois não estava tão frio, café da manhã excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, serviço de quarto limpou nosso quarto e até organizaram as roupas que haviam ficado “atiradas” e deixaram dobradas no armário, valeu o custo benefício, pelo valor está ótimo. Só achamos desconfortável que os vendedores de cotas de hotéis ficam na porta do café oferecendo algum “brinde” para participar da reunião deles.

Excelente café da manhã, praticamente um café colonial. Cama e o chuveiro muito bons. Os únicos problemas foram não ter janela no quarto e no banheiro, nem exaustor, e a acústica do hotel que era muito ruim, pois se ouvia todos os barulhos dos hóspedes.

Hospedagem maravilhosa em Gramado

O hotel é um pouco longe do centro (de 1 a 2km) mas sem problemas se estiver de carro ou uber bem barato, hotel padrão sky, café da manhã excepcional (tem de tudo , tortas, bolos, completo) , quarto confortável para 2 pessoas (apenas o travesseiro que é baixo mas consegui um outro com a camareira, ficou ótimo), rua tranquila, perto do pórtico para Nova petrópolis, limpeza do quarto todo dia , equipe ótima, preço excelente, vale muito a pena.
