Great comfortable stay

Great hotel. Our stay was comfortable, breakfast was very well served, with even gluten free choices. The bedroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was nice and hot. What else do you need?

Muito bom

Já havia ficado uma vez anterior a essa e achei que poderiam melhorar em alguns aspectos. Desta última vez me surpreendi positivamente. O apartamento estava impecável, o café da manhã maravilhoso e a recepção carismática. O hotel atendeu minhas solicitações. Se pudesse sugerir algo a mais, seria uma pastilha ou gel para os sanitários.

Poderia ser melhor

Viagem em casal. O lugar é bonito, distante para ir a pé nos restaurantes e bares mas que não foi problema para nós. Camas confortáveis travesseiro acho interessante ser mais elevado ou conter outros pois são fininhos. O atendimento da recepção e demais funcionários muito cordial e acolhedor. O café não estava com muita variedade. Piscina espaçosa e aquecida na área externa. Mas a reclamação que tenho é de falta de luz por conta da troca de um poste não comunicado com antecedência ao hotel o que era de responsabilidade da Prefeitura. Isso causou um desconforto aos hóspedes que descansavam em seus quartos (que foi nosso caso pois era nosso último dia no hotel e iríamos enfrentar uma viagem longa). Era por volta das 09:30 e até o momento que saímos às 12h ainda não tinha retornado.

Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e prestativa. Alguns problemas ocorreram na estadia como o único elevador com defeito durante 3 dias precisando subir e descer escadas, sinal de internet Wifi intermitente e muitas vezes não funcionando.
